The “Dry Carbon Crutch” is the world’s lightest crutch made of dry carbon (advanced material CFRP). By autoclaving the crutch, the weight is reduced to about 310g, which reduces the burden on the body and enables a more comfortable life. Our goal is to break the stereotypical concept of crutches, which have only been available in the marketplace with a predetermined design, color, and material, and to create a product that satisfies the user’s desire for ownership and looks beautiful, rather than being a device that has to be used as a walking aid.
