There are growing needs for small volume production, diversification, short delivery times, and more precise and complex processing in all industries. To respond accurately to these needs and support the creation of more value-added parts and products, RDS engages in precision parts processing with materials such as aluminum and titanium and also CFRP cutting using 3- and 5-axis processing machines. We have introduced 5-axis cutting machines for parts processing in fields which require an extremely high degree of precision such as aerospace, medical care and automobiles, and additionally have supported a wide range of product development in cutting-edge fields.

RDS takes advantage of structural analysis systems to realize thin-wall processing of dry carbon in order to make proposals which maximize individual material characteristics.

Aside from the above, we are also entrusted with such processes as lathe machining and milling, welding, and secondary processing which makes it possible to cut 1/1 scale vehicle models through gate-type machining (5-face machining)
