The world’s lightest dry carbon crutch, created with the concept of “design and sensibility in medical care and welfare”, it was awarded the 2013 Good Design Gold Award (Minister of Economy, Trade, and Industry Award). Featured many times in the media.
A “dry carbon cane”
which pursued lightness and beauty
Created with dry carbon for the cane, walnut wood for the handle, and non-slip rubber at the bottom-end. To solve the common issue of palm-based pain through taking burden of one’s body weight onto the cane, the material/shape of the handle has been studied countless times, with this product being born through the creation of over 8 samples.
